Watermark Property Management is led by Christopher Kiefor, CPA, who has extensive professional experience in accounting, finance, and tax. He has specialized in the real estate industry for many years. His in-depth knowledge of office, retail, industrial, and residential accounting as well as, property management offers Watermark clients experience they can trust.

The daily property operations and tenant relationships are managed by Angela Aeschliman. Angela brings more than sixteen years of highly successful, in-depth management and financial experience with leading commercial property management REIT's, residential REIT's, and retail firms. She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and has been a licensed Realtor since 1993. Angela is actively involved as a member of The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) as well as a LEED AP ND.

The Watermark portfolio includes the successful management of a wide variety of property types including retail strip malls, bank branches, large shopping malls, office buildings of all sizes, industrial distribution and logistic facilities, as well as mixed use involving a combination of restaurants, retail, office and residential units.
